The final scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, exclusions, specifications and other project-specific conditions will be governed by the quotation, proposal, work order or written agreement accepted by the client.
Where project-specific written terms differ from these general website Terms & Conditions, the project-specific terms will take precedence.

4. Plants and Natural Materials
Plants and other natural materials vary naturally in size, colour, form, texture and appearance.
Plant growth and long-term health may also depend on watering, soil, drainage, sunlight, climate, maintenance, pests, disease and other environmental conditions.
Images or samples should therefore be understood as representative rather than guarantees of identical appearance.
5. Availability and Substitution
Specific plants, finishes or natural materials may occasionally become unavailable.
Where necessary, suitable alternatives may be proposed, subject to discussion or approval where appropriate.

Additional work will normally require separate approval.
8. Timelines
Any project timeline provided is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Timelines may be affected by weather, site conditions, material or plant availability, third-party dependencies, access restrictions, client changes or circumstances outside reasonable control.
9. Irrigation Systems
Irrigation requirements vary according to landscape type, plant selection, water availability, pressure, site layout and usage.
Final irrigation specifications and responsibilities will be determined according to the individual project scope.
10. Farmland Development
Information regarding farmland development on this website relates to landscaping and green-space development.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, Keerthi Landscapes does not represent website content as agricultural, crop-management, engineering, legal or financial advice.
11. Green Gifting
Green gifting products may vary according to plant availability, season, quantity, packaging requirements and individual order specifications.
Specific pricing, quantities, delivery arrangements and customisation will be confirmed separately.
12. Payments
Payment amounts, advances, milestones and due dates will be stated in the applicable quotation or project agreement.
Failure to make agreed payments may result in suspension or delay of work.
13. Warranty
No general warranty should be inferred from this website.
Any warranty, plant replacement arrangement, maintenance commitment or workmanship warranty will apply only where expressly stated in the relevant quotation or written agreement.
14. Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, original design material and other content belonging to Keerthi Landscapes may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
15. Limitation
